The sexual revolution that began in the 1960s concerned private behavior only. Or did it? In this course, Mary Eberstadt marshalls evidence from a wide array of sources to illuminate the profound effects of the sexual revolution on today’s world.

Lecture I connects the dots between shrinking, broken families and social disintegration across the West after the 1960s. Lecture II traces the dissolution of the home to signature political developments of our time, including the increase in acrimony, polarization, street violence, and identity politics. Lecture III examines the record past and present of the revolution’s attempts to infiltrate Christianity. Taken together, these talks offer a new set of evidence vindicating ancient teachings of the Church.
